dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM), Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, dan Sistem Penghargaan (reward) terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak jumlah populasi yang digunakan sebagai responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif , sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui tahapan observasi serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan beberapa uji diantaranya : Uji validitas dan Uji reabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik, Uji regresi linier berganda, serta Uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Penerapan Total Quality Managemet (TQM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan 2). Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan 3). Penerapan Sistem Penghargaan (reward) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Application of Total Quality Management (TQM), Performance Measurement Systems, and Reward Systems to the Managerial Performance of Medan City Health Office. This type of research is to use quantitative methods, the population in this study were Medan City Health Department employees, amounting to 30 people with the sample used as much as the population used as respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data, the source of data used is primary data, data collection techniques used through the stages of observation and questionnaire distribution to respondents, and data analysis techniques used in this study are using several tests including: Validity and reliability testing , Classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: 1). Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) does not affect the Managerial Performance of Medan City Health Office 2). Performance Measurement System has a positive effect on Managerial Performance of Medan City Health Office 3). The application of the Reward System does not affect the Managerial Performance of the Medan City Health Office. | en_US |
