Evaluasi Pengendalian Waktu Menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Project (Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Grand Jati Junction Medan)

Abstract

Time management is one of several aspects of construction management that is needed to ensure project completion time. The time management system is centered on whether or not project planning and scheduling is running. Where in the planning and scheduling specific guidelines have been provided to complete project activities efficiently. This study specifically discusses how the implementation of construction project time management in the Grand Jati Junction Apartment Development project Medan. The research was conducted according to project data and literature studies. Analysis in this study includes project scheduling, activity identification, sequencing of activities, estimated time frame, scheduling, monitoring, analysis, effects that occur at the project completion date, examining possible emergence of critical paths, corrective actions and causes of project delays. Based on the results of the preparation of the project work schedule, it can be concluded that there are a number of work activities that need to be considered because they are on the critical path so that the work continues to go according to the planned schedule.
