Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonseia I (Persero) Medan

Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). This type of research is in the form of quantitative research. The population in this study were all managers or section heads at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). The sample used in this study was 40 heads of divisions consisting of the head of the SMO, the head of the Logistics Bureau, the Corporate Secretary, the Senior Manager, the Head of the SPI, and the Coordinator of the PMO at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). The type of data used is quantitative data, which is done through field studies using the questionnaire method. Data sources used primary data. The data collection technique used in this study through field studies with questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is simple linear analysis using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 21 Software. The results of the study show that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance.
