Studi Identifikasi Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa Kelas II IPS SMA Harapan 1 Medan

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study, which aims to find out the factors that influence the discipline of student learning at SMA Harapan 1 Medan. The population in this study were the Harapan 1 Medan High School students and the sample in this study were the Social Sciences Harapan 1 Medan Class II students, totaling 79 students. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturated sample technique. The data collection in this study uses the scale of student learning discipline compiled by researchers based on the factors of learning discipline, namely peer attitude, parent attitude, teacher attitude and values stated by Hurlock (1999). The results showed that there was no dominant value, peer attitude factor had a percentage value of 25.4%, parent attitude factor had a percentage value of 25.9%, teacher attitude factor had a percentage value of 25%, and the value factor had a percentage value of 23.7%. So it can be concluded that the factor that has the biggest contribution to the discipline of learning in Harapan 1 High School students in Medan is the attitude of parents by 25.9%, and the factor with the smallest contribution is the value of 23.7%. The results of the analysis of the indicators of the peer factor show that the peer action indicator has the highest value of 25.6%, the parent attitude factor indicates that the parent indicator as a facilitator has the highest value of 25.4%, the teacher's every factor shows that the indicator the teacher as the mediator has the highest score of 26%, the value factor indicates that the motive indicator has the highest value of 25.7%.
