dc.descriptionPT. Agro Energi Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan pupuk organik. Perusahaan mengalami permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan efisiensi mesin yang diakibatkan tidak tepatnya penanganan dan pemeliharaan mesin produksi. Hal ini dapat terlihat pada kerusakan mesin Bobcat s750 yang mengakibatkan gangguan produksi pupuk organik secara keseluruhan. Sebagai usaha peningkatan efisiensi produksi perusahaan melakukan penerapan Total Productive Maintenance dengan melakukan pengukuran efektifitas mesin Bobcat s750 menggunakan metode OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan six big losses untuk mengetahui tingkat penurunan efisiensi pada masing-masing faktor six big losses. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai OEE selama periode September 2018-Februari 2019 pada mesin Bobcat s750 berkisar antara 82.813 % sampai 89.13 %. Nilai OEE ideal sebesar 85 % hanya diperoleh selama 4 bulan produksi. Faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE dan menjadi prioritas untuk di eliminasi pada mesin Bobcat s750 adalah faktor Idling/Minor Stoppages sebesar 48.35 % dan faktor Equipment Failures sebesar 38.89 %. Tindakan perbaikan yang diusulkan adalah usulan penerapan autonomous maintenance, memberikan training bagi operator Bobcat dan teknisi bengkel, meningkatkan frekuensi perawatan mesin Bobcat s750, menetapkan standar pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin Bobcat s750, serta meningkatkan pengawasan dan kesadaran operator tentang kebersihan lingkungan kerja.en_US
dc.description.abstractPT. Agro Energi Indonesia is a company engaged in organic fertilizer processing. The company faces the problem related to the machine efficiency caused by improper handling and maintenance of production machinery. This can be seen in the machine broke down of Bobcat s750 disrupting the organic fertilizer production on the whole. Furthermore, as a production efficiency improvement effort, the company was carried out the application of Total Productive Maintenance by measuring the machine effectivity of Bobcat s750 using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method. After that, it was conducted the six big losses calculation to find out the level of efficiency decrease on each factor of six big losses. Through the calculation result, the obtained value of OEE during the September 2018 to February 2019 period on the Bobcat s750 machine was between 82.813% and 89.13%. The ideal value of OEE was 85% obtained for 4 production months. Then, the biggest factors that influenced the value of OEE and being the priority to be eliminated on the Bobcat s750 machine were the Idling/Minor Stoppages factor of 48.35% and the Equipment Failures factor of 38.89%. Thus, the proposed improvement actions were the proposal of autonomous maintenance application, giving the training to the operators of Bobcat and workshop technicians, improving the frequency of Bobcat s750 machine maintenance, setting a standard of Bobcat s750 machine maintenance implementation, and improving control and awareness of the operators about the working environment cleanliness.en_US
