dc.descriptionPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan hubungan antara tekanan dan suhu steam jenuh dalam kesetimbangan, selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk menunjukkan kurva tekanan uap. dc.description.abstractThis experiment was carried out to determine the relationship between the pressure and the temperature of saturated steam in equilibrium , besides that this experiment was also done to demonstrate the vapor pressure curve. The market boiler was used for this experiment. When the pressure increases, the temperature also increases, therefore, the relationship of pressure and temperature is directly proportional. The derived formulae and the data were used to calculate the slope. The dT/Dp measured should be almost the same with the predicted values. However, at certain points, the values are not the same. This may because of the errors made in the experiment, the problems in the heat transfer through conduction , convection and radiation . While it is often the case a challenge is necessary heat transfer rate as much as possible and keep the unity of the resistance of the material at high temperature environment . As well as the heat transfer by conduction and convection . Conduction and convection heat transfer depends on the thermal properties of the fluid . This is understandable because it affects the velocity profile that affect the rate of energy transfer in the boiler wall and drumen_US
