Pengaruh Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Kota Medan

Abstract

The research’s objectives are to determine (1) The Effect of Regional Financial Management Accountability to Medan City Government Performance, (2) The Effect of Regional Financial Management Transparency to Medan City Government Performance, and (3) The Effect of Regional Financial Management Accountability and Transparency to Performance of Medan City Government. The sample of the research used the questionnaires with 55 respondents. This type of research is quantitative. The results showed that (1) Partially Accountability of Regional Financial Management has a positive and significant effect to the Performance of Medan City Government, (2) Partially Transparency in Regional Financial Management has a positive and significant effect to the Performance of Medan City Government, (3) Accountability and Transparency in Financial Management The region simultaneously influences the Performance of Medan City Government.
