Implementasi Balanced Scorecard Dalam Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Proses Bisnis Internal pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine "Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in Improving the Growth of Internal Business Processes at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV ". This type of research used by researchers is descriptive research, the population of this study is the record of a document about the implementation of a balanced scorecard perspective of internal business processes before and after the BSC was adapted by PTPN IV Medan. The selected sample is a record of a document about the implementation of a balanced scorecard internal business process perspective consisting of innovation, quality, cost efficiency, and after sales service before being adapted in 2015-2016 and after being adapted in 2017-2018 balanced scorecard by PTPN IV Medan. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data, the source of the data comes from secondary and primary data with company document data collection techniques, data from the internet, and interviews. The analysis of the data with graphs, and using SPSS version 16. Testing in this study includes a different test or independent test sample t-test which shows that cost efficiency, time efficiency there are differences between before implementation and after implementation, while for production innovation, quality, and after sales service there is no difference before the implementation and after the implementation of the balanced scorecard.
