Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Kompleksitas Tugas Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Pekanbaru

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to test whether the Accounting Information System and Task Complexity in PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Pekanbaru can affect Employee Performance. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The quantitative method is to emphasize its analysis on numerical data (numbers) that are processed by statistical methods. The population in this study were all employees working at PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Pekanbaru in 2020, amounting to 300 people. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method that is a sampling approach based on the consideration of researchers and has a bearing on the character of the population. The criteria used in this sample are employees who work as administrators and employees who work as foremen, the number of samples is 57 people. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, validity and reliability of data, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients and coefficient of determination using the SPSS 25 2020 application. The results of this study indicate that partially Accounting Information Systems significantly influence Employee Performance. While the complexity of the task has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously or simultaneously Accounting Information Systems and Task Complexity significantly influence Employee Performance.
