dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak dari kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa Universitas Medan Area angkatan 2015 – 2019. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 631 mahasiswa akuntansi kelas pagi dan malam yang sumber data sekundernya berasal dari staff akademik Universitas Medan Area. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 mahasiswa yang sudah dengan sengaja dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti.kemudian diolah menggunakan Regressi linear berganda dan di ukur menggunakan skala likert untuk keusionernya sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional dan Minat Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemahaman Akuntansi , baik secara parsial maupun simultan . hal ini dibuktikan dari angka signifikansi secara parsial untuk kecerdasan emosional sendiri 0.015 dan untuk minat belajar 0,000 dimana kedua angka tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 . secara simultan kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa di buktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang juga lebih kecil dari 0,05. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find out how much the impact of emotional intelligence and interest in learning on accounting understanding of Medan Area University students from 2015 to 2019. The population of this study amounted to 631 morning and evening accounting students whose secondary data sources came from Medan Area University academic staff. The samples in this study were 88 students who were deliberately selected based on criteria set by the researchers. Then they were processed using multiple linear regression and measured using a Likert scale for their own revolutionary. The results of this study show that Emotional Intelligence and Interest in Learning significantly influence Accounting Understanding, both partially and simultaneously. this is evidenced from the partial significance value for emotional intelligence itself 0.015 and for learning interest 0.000 where both of these numbers are smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously emotional intelligence and interest in learning have a significant effect on the understanding of student accounting proven by a significance value of 0,000 which is also smaller than 0.05. | en_US |
