dc.description | Tujuan analisa penyebab penurunan performa vakum kondensor di PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Belawan adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai efektivitas kondensor yang dihasilkan kondensor dengan parameter yang tercatat dilapangan sehingga dapat diketahui parameter apa saja yang mempengaruhi naik turunnya vakum kondensor dan untuk mengetahui penyebab turunnya vakum dari segi peralatan dimulai dari water intake sampai ke kondensor. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencari nilai efektivitas kondensor adalah dengan metode perhitungan perpindahan panas NTU-effectiveness. Dari hasil analisa perhitungan didapat nilai efektivitas tertinggi terjadi pada commissioning 2013 yaitu 9,63% dengan laju perpindahan panas 145,68 Kw dan vakum 94 mbar sedangkan nilai efektivitas terendah terjadi pada Desember 2016 yaitu 9,47% dengan laju perpidahan panas 111,94 Kw dan vakum 145 mbar. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi laju perpindahan panas dan semakin tinggi nilai efektivitas kondensor, semakin kecil tekanan atau semakin besarnya vakum di dalam kondensor. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of analysis of the declines performance a vacuum condenser in PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Belawan is to know how much condenser effevtiveness value produced condenser with parameters recorded in the field so it can know what parameters affect the rise and fall of the condenser vacuum and to determine cause of the vacuum drop in terms of equipment starting from water intake to condenser. The method used to find the value of condenser effectiveness is by calculation method of heat transfer NTU-effectiveness. From result of calculation analysis got highest effectivity value happened at commissioning of 2013 that is 9,63% with heat transfer rate 145,68 Kw and vacuum 94 mbar whereas the lowest effectivity value happened on December 2016 that is 9,47% with heat extension rate 111,94 Kw and vacuum 145 mbar. So it can be seen that the higher rate of heat transfer and the higher value of condenser effectiveness, the smaller the pressure or the greater the vacuum inside the condenser. | en_US |
