Pengaruh Kualitas Bahan Baku dan Proses Produksi Terhadap Kualitas Produk Balok Jembatan Pada PT. Wijaya Karya Beton TBK. Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk balok jembatan secara parsial dan simultan pada PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 40 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan bagian pengolahan bahan baku, bagian proses produksi dan bagian pengujian kualitas produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah penyebaran kuesioner (Angket). Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis suatu permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21. Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data yang di pakai adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kualitas bahan baku tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk dan proses produksi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk. Akan tetapi kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas produk. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of raw materials and production processes on the quality of bridge beam products partially and simultaneously at PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study are employees who work at PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. The sample used was 40 respondents consisting of employees of the processing of raw materials, the production process and product quality testing. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires (Questionnaire). Data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive technique that aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21. The type of data used is quantitative data and the source of the data used is primary data. The results of this study explain that the quality of raw materials does not affect the quality of the product and the production process affects the quality of the product. However, the quality of raw materials and the production process jointly affect the quality of the product.

Japanese Abstrak : 本研究は、PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk における橋梁桁製品の品質に対する原材料品質お よび生産工程の影響を、部分的および同時的に明らかにすることを目的とした。本研 究で用いた研究の種類は関連研究である。本研究における母集団は、PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. に勤務する従業員である。使用したサンプルは 40 名の回答者であり、原材 料加工部門、生産工程部門、および製品品質試験部門の従業員によって構成された。 データ収集技法として、アンケート（質問票）の配布を用いた。データ分析技法は、 研究において発生した問題を分析することを目的とした記述的定量分析法である。本 研究で使用した分析手法は、Statistical Package for Social Sciences（SPSS）21 を用いた重 回帰線形分析である。使用したデータの種類は定量データであり、用いたデータソー スは一次データである。本研究の結果は、原材料品質は製品品質に影響を与えず、生 産工程は製品品質に影響を与えることを示した。しかしながら、原材料品質および生 産工程は、同時に製品品質へ影響を与えることが明らかとなった。
