Pengaruh Kualitas Bahan Baku dan Proses Produksi Terhadap Kualitas Produk Balok Jembatan Pada PT. Wijaya Karya Beton TBK. Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of raw materials and production processes on the quality of bridge beam products partially and simultaneously at PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study are employees who work at PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. The sample used was 40 respondents consisting of employees of the processing of raw materials, the production process and product quality testing. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires (Questionnaire). Data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive technique that aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21. The type of data used is quantitative data and the source of the data used is primary data. The results of this study explain that the quality of raw materials does not affect the quality of the product and the production process affects the quality of the product. However, the quality of raw materials and the production process jointly affect the quality of the product.
