Studi Identifikasi Faktor Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Stres Kerja Karyawan PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara di Pangkalan Kerinci Riau

Abstract

This research aims to identify which factors affect employee work stress on PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pangkalan Kerinci Riau. In line with the foundation of the theory, it is proposed in several working stress factors that have a significant influence on employee work stress. The study involved as many as 72 field employees in PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara As research subjects. Sampling is carried out by a total sampling technique using the Slovin formula. This research uses the instrument of Likert scale. Based on the factor analysis, there is a result of influence in each factor. Judging from the contributions of the family problem factor with the contribution of 0.897 most affecting work stress. Second, the economic problem with a contribution of 0.894, in the third of the task demands with a contribution of 0.860, fourth in the role of the claim with the contribution of 0.830, and the demand factor between personal relationships with a contribution of 0.652 is the most low influence in work stress. From the results of the analysis that all factors affect the stress of work.
