dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga pokok produksi, biaya pemasaran dan biaya non produksi berpengaruh terhadap harga jual pada Perum Perumnas Regional I Sumatera Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tahun 2014-2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 tahun. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif. Sumber daya yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel harga pokok, biaya pemasaran dan biaya non produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga jual di Perum Perumnas Regional I Sumatera Utara. Variabel harga pokok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga jual di Perum Perumnas Regional I Sumatera Utara. Variabel biaya pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga jual di Perum Perumnas Regional I Sumatera Utara. Variabel biaya non produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga jual di Perum Perumnas Regional I Sumatera Utara. | en_US |

dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of the cost of production, marketing costs and non-production costs affect the selling price of Perum Perumnas Regional I of North Sumatra, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 2014-2018. The sample in this study was 5 years. The type of data used is quantitative data types. The resource used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously variable cost of goods, marketing costs and non-production costs have a positive and significant effect on selling prices in the Perum Perumnas Regional I of North Sumatra. Variable base price has a positive and significant effect on selling prices in North Sumatra Perumnas Regional I. The marketing cost variable has a positive and significant effect on the selling price in North Sumatra Perumnas Regional I.
