Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Wajib Pajak Pada Kantor Samsat Medan Utara

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the qualityof service is significantly positive for the taxpayer satisfaction at Medan's Services Office SAMSAT Office, the sample in the study amounted to 35 people. This type of research is associative which is research to figure out the effect of free variables on bound variables, using multiple statistical analysis techniques of linear simple regression. Then the results of the research obtained is the quality of service has significant positive impact on the taxpayer satisfaction in the office of Samsat Medan Utara.
