Perbedaan Konsep Diri Remaja Sekolah dan Putus Sekolah Dilingkungan XXIX Kelurahan Belawan I

Abstract

This research function is for fid out and verify empirically about the difference in self concept of teenage school and drop out of school in Kelurahan Belawan I, XXIX environment. Self concept means valuation about oneself which cover faith, point of view, experience and intraction with the other, someone’s feeling about figure at themselves. Subject in this research is two sample group which overall in 66 respondents, the details are 40 teenage school and 26 teenage drop out of school. The device that used to quantify self concept in this research is self concept scale consist of 50 item (α = 0,942). The method of data analysis that used in this research is variants technique analysis one path, where in this technique will seem how the difference teenage school and drop out of school. Base on data analysis, that hypothesis submitted in this research declared be accepted, there is difference in self concept of teenage school and drop out of school. This case has proven by analysis calculation one path with coefficient Anava F = 210.700 with p = 0.000 < 0.050. Discovered from mean hypothetical calculation = 110 and mean empirical = 137.12 also standart deviation = 10.694 known that self concept of teenage school in high self concept category. While self concept of teenage drop out of school mean hypothetical = 110 and mean empirical 99.92 also standart deviation = 9.303 known that self concept of teenage drop out of school in self concept category is low.
