| Abstract: | Today we are presented through various print, electronic, and social media, so that radical or radicalism is so widely raised, reviewed, discussed, presented, so that there is polemic among the community. Not with a legal approach, but with a social approach and taste, radical terminology and radicalism it is identified with Islam. So is the terminology of terror and terosis, identified with Islam or with Muslims. Whereas Islam strongly condemns acts of terror or its understanding (terosism). If in the Islamic tradition, there is a fairly popular pearl, "Who wants to be happy in the world (living well, orderly) is with knowledge, who wants to be happy in the hereafter (safe) is with knowledge, and whoever wants happiness in both (the world and the hereafter) is also with science." |
| Description: | Hari ini kita disuguhkan melalui berbagai media cetak, elektronik, dan sosial, sehingga radikal atau radikalisme begitu banyak diangkat, dikaji, dibahas, disajikan, sehingga terjadi polemik di kalangan masyarakat. Bukan dengan pendekatan hukum, tetapi dengan pendekatan sosial dan rasa, terminologi radikal dan radikalisme itu diidentikkan dengan Islam. Begitu juga dengan terminologi teror dan terosis, diidentikkan dengan Islam atau dengan orang-orang Islam. Padahal Islam sangat mengutuk perbuatan terror ataupun pemahamannya (terosisme).Kalau di dalam tradisi keislaman, ada sebuah kata mutiara yang cukup populer, “Siapa yang ingin bahagia di dunia (hidup enak, tertib) adalah dengan ilmu, siapa yang ingin bahagia di akhirat (selamat) adalah dengan ilmu, dan barang siapa yang menginginkan kebahagiaan di keduanya (dunia dan akhirat) adalah juga dengan ilmu.” |
