| Abstract: | Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep moral dengan disiplin kerja artinya, semakin tinggi positif konsep moral, maka semakin tinggi disipolin kerja, sebaliknya semakin rendah/negatif konsep moral maka, semakin rendah pula disiplin kerja. Koefisien determinan disiplin kerja oleh faktor konsep moral sebesar hal ini terdapat 49% faktor lain yang membentuk terjadinya disiplin kerja yang dalam peneltiian ini tidka terlihat. |
