dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin rnelihat Hubungan Manajernen Diri Dan Profesionalisme Dengan Kinerja Pada Anggota Satreskrim Polres Langkat, hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada Hubungan Manajemen Diri Dan Profesionalisme Dengan Kinerja Pada Anggota Satreskrim Polres Langkat. Populasi adalah seluruh anggota Satreskrim Polres Langkat yang berjumlah 89 orang, teknik sampling adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa data kinerja anggota Satreskrim yang didapat melalui bidang SDM dan menggunakan metode skala yaitu skala manajemen diri dan skala profesionalisme. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. This study aims to look at the relationship between self-management and management Professionalism with Performance at the members of the Satreskrim Polres Langkat, the hypothesis is proposed is there is a relationship between self-management and professionalism with performance on Members of the Satreskrim Polres Langkat. The population is all members of the Satreskrim Polres Langkat, amounting to 89 people, the sampling technique is total sampling that is all population is the sample in this study. Collecting data using the documentation method in the form of Satreskrim member performance data obtained through the HR field and using the scale method, namely the scale of self-management and the scale of professionalism.
