Abstract: Kedelai merupakan tanaman pangan sebagai sumber protein nabati. Permintaan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan kedelai terus meningkat sedangkan produksi dalam negeri belum mencukupi. Di Indonesia kedelai menjadi semakin penting selama dasawarsa terakhir ini dan jumlah impor kedelai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalarn negeri semaki besar. Hal ini antara Iain disebabkan di masa lalu program pemerintahan lebih dipusatkan pada program pencukupan pangan khususnya beras ( Rismayanti, dkk, 2000)-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Soybean is a food plant as a source of vegetable protein. Request and the people's need for soybeans continues to increase while the production is deep insufficient country. In Indonesia, soybeans have become increasingly important during the last decade and the amount of soybean imports is to meet domestic demand big up. This is partly due in the past to more governance programs focused on food sufficiency program, especially rice (Rismayanti, et al, 2000)
