Abstract: The Ministry of Finance's bureaucratic reform includes organizational structuring, business process improvement, and human resource management improvement. Organizational structuring includes modernization and separation, merging work, enhancing functions. Business process improvement includes job analysis and evaluation, workload analysis, and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Meanwhile, the improvement of human resources includes the implementation of competency-based education and training, development of assessment centers, preparation of transfer patterns, increasing discipline and integrating Employee Management Information Systems (SIMPEG). Reformasi Birokrasi Departemen Keuangan mencakup penataan organisasi, perbaikan proses bisnis, dan peningkatan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penataan organisasi meliputi modernisasi dan pemisahan, penggabungan kerja penajaman fungsi. Perbaikan proses bisnis meliputi analisa dan evaluasi jabatan, analisa beban kerja, dan penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Sementara peningkatan SDM meliputi penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan latihan berbasis kompetensi, pembangunan assessment centre, penyusunan pola mutasi, peningkatan disiplin dan pengintegrasian Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pegawai (SIMPEG).
