Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam Proses Pengambilan Keputusan Manajerial pada PT. Cakra Compact Alumunium Indutries Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi sulitnya pihak pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektif, karena belum sempurnanya sistem informasi manajemen yang diterapkan. Hipotesis : jika sistem informasi diterapkan dengan sempurna dengan pengadaan pegawai dan penggunaan peralatan yang memadai, maka kesulitan pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang efektif diharapkan dapat diatasi. Metode penelitian yaitu: penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Adapun metode analisis yaitu : metode deskriptif dan metode deduktif. The problem faced is the difficulty of the leadership in making effective decisions, because the management information system implemented is not yet perfect. Hypothesis: if the information system is implemented perfectly with the procurement of employees and the use of adequate equipment, then the difficulties of the leadership in making effective decisions are expected to be overcome. The research methods are: library research and field research. The analysis methods are: descriptive method and deductive method.
