Peranan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada PT. Ira Building Medan

Abstract

The Role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a very important function for every company. The purpose of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to build the welfare and economy of the community around the company on an ongoing basis, as well as to raise the good image of the company in line with the company's rapid development. The final project entitled The Role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT. Ira Building Medan describes how the role of corporate social responsibility for the community around the company environment. The writing method used in this thesis is the library research method, namely studying the theories that come from books and the method of observation. Based on all forms of social responsibility activities, PT. Ira Building Medan is a company that considers that the practice of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive impact on its business because the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an investment, not a cost. Peranan Corporate Sosial Responsbility (CSR) memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan. Tujuan pcnerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah membangun kesejahteraan dan ekonomi komunitas disekitar perusahaan secara berkesinambungan, serta mengangkat citra baik perusahaan seiring dengan perkembangan perusahaan yang semakin pesat. Tugas akhir yang berjudul Peranan Corporate Sosial Responsbility (CSR) pada PT. Ira Building Medan mendeskripsikan bagaimana peranan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap masyaraknt disekitar lingkungan perusahaan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penulissan tugas akhir ini adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu mempelajari teori - teori yang bersumber dari buku dan metode observasi. Berdasarkan semua bentuk kegiatan tanggung sosialnya, maka PT. Ira Building Medan merupakan perusahaan yang menilai bahwa praktik Corporate Sosial Responsbility (CSR) memberi darnpak positif terhadap usahanya karena pelaksanaan Corporate Sosial Responsbility (CSR) merupakan investasi, bukan biaya.
