Abstract: Stress dan konflik merupakan suatu masalah yang mungkin timbul dalam organisasi, bisa disebahkan adanya ketidakpuasan karyawan terhadap apa yang diinginkan dan apa yang dibarapkan dalam lingkungan kerja, bisa juga terjadi di luar lingkungan kerja karyawan. Stress dan konflik dapat menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif terhadap organisasi atau perusahaan, itu semua tergantung pada sifat stress dan konflik itu sendiri dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Stress and conflict are problems that may arise in the organization, it can be caused by employee dissatisfaction with what is wanted and what is expected in the work environment, it can also occur outside the employee's work environment. Stress and conflict can have positive and negative impacts on an organization or company, it all depends on the nature of stress and conflict itself and how to deal with it.
