Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terhadap Pelayanan Masyarakat pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) Unit Putri Hijau Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between Management Information Systems and community services. The hypothesis in this study is that the Management Information System can significantly influence public service while the analytical tools used are simple regression and correlation. In taking a population of 60 people and taking a sample of 39 people. Based on the results of the questionnaire from the questionnaire given by the researcher to employees, in this case the researcher found that the value of the effect on service had a less significant effect with the level of influence of 1029 and in a correlation interpretation level used by the researcher in this case the researcher found that the value of the coefficient interpretation the correlation is equal to 0.124. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan Sistem lnformasi Manajemen terhadap pelayanan masyarakal Adapun hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa Sistem lnformasi Manajemen dapat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pelayanan masyarakat sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regressi sederhana dan korelasi. Dalam pengambilan populasi sebanyak 60 orang dan diambil sampel sebanyak 39 orang. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dari angket yang diberikan peneliti terhadap pegawai, dalam hal ini peneliti menemukan bahwasanya nilai dari pengaruh terhadap pelayanan berpengaruh kurang signifikan dengan tingkat pengaruhnya sebesar 1029 dan dalam suatu tingkatan interprestasi korelasi yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam hal ini peneliti menemukan bahwasanya nilai ari interpretasi koefisien korelasi adalah yaitu sebesar 0,124.
