dc.description.abstractPT. Generasi Lestari Jaya Medan adalah sebuah perusahaan swasta yang didirikan dalam rangka menggalakkan penanaman modal dalam negeri. Perusahaan bergerak di bidang usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit (TBS). Adapun permasalahan yang menjadi pokok bahasan dalam tulisan ini adalah apakah penarikan dan pengembangan karyawan yang dilakukan manajemen perusahaan telah sesuai dengan yang diharapakan. Dari analisis dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa pada perusahaan masalah kepersonaliaan khususnya penarikan dan pengembangan karyawan selalu mendapat perhatian khusus. PT. Generasi Lestari Jaya Medan is a private company that was founded in order to promote domestic investment. The company is engaged in the oil palm (FFB) plantation business. The issues that are the subject of this paper are whether the recruitment and development of employees carried out by company management has been as expected. From the analysis and evaluation that has been carried out, the authors conclude that in companies, personnel problems, especially employee recruitment and development, always receive special attention.en_US
