dc.description.abstract | Setiap instansi pemerintah atau badan swasta, baik besar maupun kecil pasti bertujuan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, dengan mempergunakan fasilitas yang ada semaksimal mungkin dan memperhatikan kerja sama yang baik di antara anggota organisasi tersebut. Kerjasama merupakan faktor penting dalam organisasi, maka harus diperhatikan pula bagaimana kerjasama itu dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Dengan dernikian organisasi membutuhkan kerjasama yang terpimpin, agar masing-masing individu atau kelompok mengetahui apa yang menjadi tugas dan wewenangnya dalam laju gerak organisasi. Pengertian pelaksanaan kegiatan itu perlu, agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih dalam tugas dan tanggung jawab sehingga efisiensi kerja dapat tercapai, untuk itu dibutuhkan seorang pernimpin yang dapat mengatur, menertibkan dan mengendalikan organisasi. Any government agency or private body, whether large or small definitely aim to achieve the targets that have been set, with use existing facilities as much as possible and pay attention good cooperation among members of the organization. Cooperation is an important factor in the organization, it must also be considered how the cooperation can be carried out well. Thus organizations need guided cooperation, in each order individuals or groups know what their duties and authorities are in the pace of the organization. The definition of the implementation of activities is necessary, so that there is no overlap in duties and responsibilities so that work efficiency can be achieved, for that we need a leader who can regulate, put in order and control the organization. | en_US |
