Hubungan Spiritualitasi dengan Etos Kerja pada Karyawan Yayasan Perguruan Panca Budi Medan

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out whether spirituality related to work ethicon employees. The population of this study were the employees on Perguruan Panca Budi Medan which the samples were taken from the population that called total sampling, as many as 80 samples. The instrument of this study used the scale of spirituality and work ethic’s scale. Data analysis technique of this study used Pearson Product Moment correlation. The result showed that Spirituality has a significant positive correlation with work ethic on employees of Yayasan Perguruan Panca Budi with r= 0,829 and the contribution is 39.90%. Spiritualitiy has 68,7% contribution to work ethic on Yayasan Perguruan Panca Budi Medan. Descriptively it can be said that work ethic and spirituality is in a middle position because the hypothetical mean is less than the empiric mean and the difference does not exceed the standard deviation.
