dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention staf pengajar di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan alat ukur berupa skala turnover intention, skala kepuasan kerja dan skala job insecurity. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf pengajar Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 116 orang staf pengajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention staf pengajar di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Adapun pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention staf pengajar adalah sebesar 73,9% dan sisanya sebesar 26,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of teaching staff at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with measuring instruments in the form of turnover intention scale, job satisfaction scale and job insecurity scale. The population in this study were all teaching staff at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sampling technique used total sampling and the number of samples used was 116 teaching staff. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of statistical tests using multiple regression analysis show that job satisfaction and job insecurity have a significant effect on the turnover intention of teaching staff at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of teaching staff is 73.9% and the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors. | en_US |
