Pengaruh Modal dan Volume Usaha Terhadap Hasil Usaha Koperasi Pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Bina Bersama Langkat

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Republik lndonesia (KPRI) Langkat memberikan contoh pengaruh modal usaha dan volume usaba terhadap hasil usahn dan fenomena ini juga menunjukkan nilai variable terbesar dan dianggap mampu mewakili rata-rata pada tiap KPRJ. Faktor-foktor lain yang mempengaruhi terhadap maju mundurnya koperasi adalah jumlah anggota. Pada koperasi. suatu sumber daya manusia yang utama karena anggota merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap maju mundumya suatu usaha kopcrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalab untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar modal dan volume usaha mempengaruhi hasil usaha koperasi pegawai pada KPRI Bina Bersama Langkat. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleb peneliti adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam pcnclitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, sedangkan surnber data tcrdiri dari data sekunder dan primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan digunakan tcknik analisis regresi tinier bcrganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam pcnelitian ini adalah data modal, volume danhasil usaha tahun 2008 - 2010. The Republic of Indonesia Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) Langkat provides an example of the effect of venture capital and business volume on business results and this phenomenon also shows the value of the largest variable and is considered capable represents the average for each KPRJ. Other influencing factors to the back and forth of the cooperative is the number of members. On the cooperative. a major human resource because of its members is a factor that influences the progress of a business copcrasi. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how much large capital and business volume affect the results of operations of employee cooperatives at KPRI Bina Bersama Langkat. The type of research conducted by researchers is descriptive research. The type of data used in this research is data quantitative, while the source data consists of secondary and primary data. Technique data collection used in this study were interviews and documentation study. Meanwhile, to analyze the data that has been collected Multiple linear regression analysis technique was used. The sample used in This research is data on capital, volume and business results for the years 2008-2010.
