dc.description.abstractOrganizational citiz􀄔nship behavior ini_ juga sering diartikan sebagai perilaku (extra role) yang tidak berhubtingan dengan kompensasi langsung. Organizational citizenship behavior merupakan perilaku positif orang-orang yang ada dalam organisasi. Perilaku ini terekspresikan dalam bentuk kesediaan secara sadar dan sukarela untuk bekerja, memberikan kontribusi pada perusahaan lebih dari pada apa yang dituntut secara formal oleh perusahaan. Wirawan (2013) mengemukakan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai perilaku yang dilaksanakan oleh anggota secara sukarela di luar persyaratan pekerjaan dan ketentuan organisasi, dalam arti tidak terdeskripsi. Organizational citizen behavior is also often interpreted as behavior (extra role) that is not related to direct compensation. Organizational citizenship behavior is the positive behavior of people in organizations. This behavior is expressed in the form of a conscious and voluntary willingness to work, contributing to the company more than what the company requires formally. Wirawan (2013) suggests organizational citizenship behavior as behavior that is carried out by members voluntarily outside the job requirements and organizational provisions, in an undescribed sense.en_US
