Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Teknologi dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) Ekaprasetya Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) Eka Prasetya Medan.Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini yaitu dengan menggunakan penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel 45 responden pada PT. BPR Eka Prasetya Medan,jenis data yang dipakai terdiri dari data primer dan data skunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner langsung kepada responden dan mengumpulkannya dalam jangka waktu dua minggu. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan pengujian pemanfaatan sistem informasi teknologi menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji Asumsi Klasik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Normalitas, dan Uji Linearitas. Sedangkan pengujian Hipotesis penulis menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji-t), dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Dalam membantu mendeskripsikan data penulis menggunakan Descriftif Statistic untuk mendeskripsikan data yang terkumpul. Melalui program software SPSS versi 17.00 for windows Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sistem informasi teknologi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of the Use of Information Technology Systems on Employee Performance at PT. BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) Eka Prasetya Medan. This type of research in this thesis is to use associative research with a total sample of 45 respondents at PT. BPR Eka Prasetya Medan, the type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents and collecting them within two weeks. The data analysis model used is simple linear regression by testing the use of information technology systems using validity and reliability tests. The Classical Assumption Test used in this study is the Normality Test and Linearity Test. While testing the author's hypothesis using the partial test (t-test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). In helping to describe the data, the writer uses descriptive statistics to describe the collected data. Through the SPSS version 17.00 for windows software program. The results of this study indicate that the use of information technology systems has a partial significant effect on employee performance.
