dc.description.abstractPengembangan yang diberikan terhadap karyawan perlu diperhatikan oleh pimpinan dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja mereka. Dalam badan usaha, baik pemerintah maupun swasta haruslah memperhatikan mengenai tata cara/ sistem pemberian pengembangan kepada para tenaga kerjanya demi tercapainya tujuan dari perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien serta semangat kerja dari para karyawan semakin meningkat guna pencapaian produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. The development given to employees needs to be considered by leaders in an effort to increase their work productivity. In business entities, both the government and the private sector must pay attention to the procedures / systems for providing development to their workforce in order to achieve the goals of the company effectively and efficiently as well as increasing employee morale in order to achieve high work productivity.en_US
