Abstract

Setelah SA membuat WO dan meletakkannya pada slot waiting for service, maka petugaas workshop controller akan mengambil WO sesuai nomor urut antrean kendaraan setelah itu petugas workshop controller mengambil kendaraan dari parkiran dan memasukan kendaraan ke stal mekanik. Apabila kendaraan tersebut service berkala tanpa keluhan, maka akan dialihkan pada stale xpress maintenance dan jika general repair maka kendaraan akan dimasukan ke stal biasa. Jenis pekerjaan service yang akan di masukan atau diberikan pada mekanik sesuai dengan tingkat training mekanik tersebut. Lalu petugas workshop controller akan mengisi papan pengontrol kendaraan service yang ada.
