Pengaruh Penjualan Dan Biaya Produksi Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Laba Bersih Pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penjualan dan biaya produksi kelapa sawit terhadap laba bersih PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan periode 2010-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 36 sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan alat uji IBM SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan dan biaya produksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Serta secara simultan, penjualan dan biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of oil palm sales and production costs on the net income of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is the associative type. The population of this research is the financial statements of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan for the period 2010-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 36 samples. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination (R2) with the IBM SPSS version 21 test tool. The results show that partially, sales have a positive and significant effect on the net income of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan and production costs have a negative and significant effect on the net income of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Simultaneously, sales and production costs have a positive and significant effect on the net income of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan.
