Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kesehatan bank melalui Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk meneliti sampel dan populasi dengan menggunakan analisa data melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 (tiga) Bank Umum Milik Negara yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian diantaranya Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), dan Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari Laporan Keuangan 3 (tiga) Bank yang dijadikan sampel tersebut pada periode 2009 – 2019 yang telah diaudit dan dipublikasikan melalui situs www.ojk.go.id , www.idx.co.id , maupun di situs masing – masing bank tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau pertumbuhan laba, variabel yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan antara lain NPL (Non Performing Loan) dan ROA (Return on Asset) sedangkan variabel CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of bank soundness through Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on profit growth. In this study using a quantitative approach to examine the sample and population by using data analysis through multiple linear regression analysis. This study consisted of 3 (three) State-owned Commercial Banks which were used as research samples including Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). The data collection technique in this study uses secondary data from the Financial Statements of 3 (three) Banks sampled in the period 2009 - 2019 which have been audited and published on the website www.ojk.go.id, www.idx.co.id, as well as on the websites of each of these banks. The results of this study indicate the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable or profit growth, variables that have a significant negative effect include NPL (Non Performing Loan) and ROA (Return on Asset) while the CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and LDR (Loan to Deposit) variables.
