Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi terhadap kinerja sistem penggajian PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pegawai yang terkait dalam proses penggajian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 35 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem penggajian. Partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem penggajian. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi bepengaruh positif dan siginifakan terhadap kinerja sistem penggajian.
