Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas terhadap penetapan struktur modal pada PT. Mestika Mandiri Medan. Jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh laporan keuangan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposivesampling laporan keuangan dari tahun 2012-2018. Hasil penelitian bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.
