dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja manajerial di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr.Pirngadi Kota Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan , dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala bagian di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr.Pirngadi Kota Medan sebanyak 58 orang. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah penyebaran kuesinoer. Pada teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji parsial sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial dan sistem pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Demikian juga pada uji simultan , sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen dan sistem pengukuran kinerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja manajerial. This research aims to determine the effect of management accounting information systems and performance measurement systems on managerial performance in the Regional General Hospital Dr.Pirngadi Medan City either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of the Regional General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan City, and the sample in this study was the head of the section at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan City as many as 58 people. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique was questionnaire distribution. In the data analysis technique, the researcher used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the partial test of management accounting information systems had a positive and significant effect on performance. managerial and performance measurement systems have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. Likewise in the simultaneous test, management accounting information systems and performance measurement systems simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance.en_US
