Pengaruh Modal Intelektual, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Intelektual, Ukuran perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian yang digunakan bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar beberapa variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Hasil pada penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil Uji t secara parsial Modal Intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (ROE), Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (ROE), dan Umur Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (ROE). The purpose of this research for knowing the influence of intellectual capital, company size, the company age for company performance at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Which On The Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2020. The research type use is kuantitative method. The research use purposed for analyze relationship among multiple variables. Population in this research is all over financial report on PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk period which registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020. the results of this research are based on the result of the t test partially intellectual capital has a positive effect and significant for company performance (ROE), and company size not effect positive and significant for company performance (ROE), and age company not effect positive and significant for company performance (ROE).
