dc.description.abstractTenaga kerja dibagian gudang merupakan tenaga kerja yang memiliki peranan penting, karena pada bagian inilah produk yang baru datang dari supplier akan di bawa ke gudang terlebih dahulu sebelum disusun dan dibeli oleh customer. Dibagian ini produk sangat diperhatikan, sehingga produk yang akan disusun memiliki kualitas yang bagus dan bentuk kemasan yang rapi. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap pekerja yang di gudang CV. Toko Happy sering mengalami keluhan pada pundak, jari-jari tangan, dan pada kaki yang di sebabkan fasilitas kerja yang tersedia kurang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai REBA dan memberikan usulan perbaikan fasilitas kerja yang aman, nyaman, sehat dan efisien bagi karyawan bagian gudang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa fasilitas kerja yang tersedia kurang mendukung sehingga memiliki risiko yang tinggi pada pekerja. Dengan menggunakan data anthropometri, dilakukan perancangan fasilitas kerja guna mengurangi keluhan MSDs. Hasil yang diperoleh menghasilkan pembuatan produk Trolley Barang dengan ukuran panjang trolley 105cm, lebar trolley 59 cm, lebar pegangan trolley 59 cm, dimensi diameter pegangan trolley 4 cm, ketinggian pegangan trolley 98 cm, panjang genggaman trolley 7 cm, dan jarak antara operator dengan trolley 84 cm. Dengan adanya usulan trolley barang maka level resiko pada musculoskeletal akan menjadi rendah (low) dan mungkin perlu (may be necessary) jika dilakukan tindakan untuk mengurangi resiko kerja. The workforce in the warehouse section is a workforce that has an important role, because in this section the products that have just arrived from the supplier will be brought to the warehouse first before being compiled and purchased by the customer. In this section the product is very concerned, so that the products to be compiled have good quality and neat packaging. Based on interviews conducted with workers in the warehouse CV. Happy shops often experience complaints on the shoulders, fingers, and feet due to the unsupportive work facilities available. This study aims to determine the value of REBA and provide suggestions for improving work facilities that are safe, comfortable, healthy and efficient for warehouse employees. From the results of research that has been done that the available work facilities are not supportive so that it has a high risk for workers. By using anthropometric data, work facilities are designed to reduce MSDs complaints. The results obtained resulted in the manufacture of Goods Trolley products with a trolley length of 105cm, trolley width 59cm, trolley handle width 59 cm, trolley handle diameter dimensions 4cm, trolley handle height 98 cm, trolley grip length 7cm, and the distance between the operator and the trolley is 84 cm. With the proposed goods trolley, the musculoskeletal risk level will be low (low) and may be necessary (may be necessary) if action is taken to reduce work risk.en_US
