Abstract: Desain tampilan e-learning terkadang dipandang hanya sebagai suatu pilihan yang dapat dilakukan untuk membuat tampilan terlihat baik. Namun, tampilan sebenarnya merupakan alat utama yang berperan dalam mengarahkan pengguna pada pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning. e-learning UMA merupakan website media proses pembelajaran berbasis elektronik yang memiliki isi cukup lengkap tetapi pengoperasiannya yang cukup rumit sehingga banyak fitur-fitur yang ada di e-learning UMA tidak digunakan sama sekali, sehingga pengoperasian website e-learning UMA tidak berjalan dengan lancar. Usabilitas merupakan alat yang dapat mengukur interaksi yang efektif antara pengguna dan tampilan untuk mencapai tujuan yang spesifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau tingkat hubungan learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction terhadap usability penggunaan e-learning UMA dan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi usability desain website e-learning UMA menggunakan metode kuesioner Nielsen’s Attributtes of Usability (NAU). Metode Nielsen Attributtes Of Usability (NAU) merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan pengujian kualitatif terkait usability suatu website dengan menggunakan media kuesioner. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan beberapa butir pertanyaan dalam 5 kategori usability menurut standar Nielsen’s Model. Untuk persepsi mahasiswa, nilai korelasi kategori learnability dan efficiency terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi sangat kuat 0,76 - 0,99 nilai koefisien korelasi kategori memorability dan satisfaction terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi kuat 0,51- 0,75 nilai koefisien korelasi kategori Errors terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi sangat lemah 0,00 - 0,25. Untuk persepsi dosen nilai korelasi kategori learnability dan satisfaction terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi sangat kuat 0,76 – 0,99 nilai koefisien korelasi kategori effciency dan errors terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi kuat 0,51 – 0,75 nilai koefisien korelasi kategori memorability terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi cukup 0,26 – 0,50. E-learning display design is sometimes seen as just an option that can be done to make the display look good. However, the display is actually the main tool that plays a role in directing users to learning using e-learning. UMA e-learning is an electronic-based learning process media website that has quite complete content but its operation is quite complicated so that many of the features in UMA's e-learning are not used at all, so the operation of the UMA e-learning website does not run smoothly. Usability is a tool that can measure the effective interaction between the user and the display to achieve specific goals. This study aims to determine the effect or degree of relationship between learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction on the usability of the use of UMA e-learning and to determine the results of the evaluation of the usability of the UMA e-learning website design using the Nielsen's Attributtes of Usability (NAU) questionnaire. The Nielsen Attributtes Of Usability (NAU) method is a method for conducting qualitative testing related to the usability of a website using a questionnaire media. This test is carried out by providing several questions in 5 usability categories according to Nielsen's Model standards. For student perceptions, the correlation value of the learnability and efficiency categories on usability has a very strong correlation value of 0.76 - 0.99 the correlation coefficient value for the memorability category and satisfaction with usability has a strong correlation value of 0.51 - 0.75 the correlation coefficient value for the Errors category towards usability has a very weak correlation value of 0.00 - 0.25. For lecturer perceptions, the correlation value of the learnability and satisfaction categories on usability has a very strong correlation value of 0.76 – 0.99, the correlation coefficient value for the efficiency category and Errors on usability has a strong correlation value of 0.51 – 0.75, the correlation coefficient value for the memorability category on usability has a sufficient correlation value of 0.26 – 0.50.
