Driving distraction is diversion disorder of rider’s attention from main task while riding becomes opposite task of main task. When the rider was distracted, his attention will be divided into “primary task” which was riding and “secondary task” which was the other activity of riding. Some activities that were included to driving distraction were using mobile phone and talked with passenger. These activities could be one cause or accident risk that could harm themselves and other road users. Therefore this research was conducted to see how much chance of online taxibike rider in doing driving distraction. The purpose of this research was to know the condition having the highest probability of rider in doing driving distraction. The collection data used instrument which was questionnaire of binary choice model to 165 respondents to achieve OODS ratio (the highest probability) towards the decision of online taxibike riders in doing driving distraction. The analysis conducted were by using logit and probit regression analysis. The result of this result was that OODS Ratio (the highest probability) of rider in doing driving distraction used mobile phone in the 10th condition and score is 3.699. This conditions are the low driving speed, the quiet road, sunny weather, straight road, not potholes road, no passenger and in the morning while for talking with passenger, OODS Ratio (the highest probability) was in the fourth condition and score is 1.736.en_US
