Abstract: | Public service activities is the embodiment and elaboration of the duties and functions of government employees in the course of the general tasks ofgovernance and development. This study is a qualitative study aimed to examine the quality of service of STNK in the Office of SAMSAT Sibuhuan UPT Padang Lawas. The formulation of the problem is how the quality services of STNK in the office of UPT SAMSAT Sibuhuan Padang Lawas?. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely: the head office of UPT SAMSAT, Dispenda Staff, Jasa Raharja Staff and informants are people who use the service in the office of UPT SAMSAT Sibuhuan Padang Lawas. Results and Discussion obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The parties were interviewed, among others, the Head of the Technical Execution Unit SAMSAT Sibuhuan Padang Lawas, Staff Dispenda Sibuhuan Padang Lawas and Staff PT. Prog and some key informants as users of the service. Based on the analysis of the results of interviews and observations in this study, it can be concluded that the quality of service vehicle registration in the Office of UPT. SAMSAT Sibuhuan Padang Lawas District can say is good. It is seen from the results of the interview answers to some informants, starting from the head office of UPT. SAMSAT Sibuhuan Padang Lawas, Dispenda Staff in Sibuhuan Padang Lawas, Jasa Raharja Staff and some communities as users of the service stating that the Quality Service of STNK in the office of Sibuhuan Padang Lawas is GOOD. |
Description: | Kegiatan pelayanan umum merupakan perwujudan dan penjabaran dari tugas dan fungsi pegawai pemerintah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan tugas-tugas umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk meneliti kualitas pelayanan Surat Tanda Nomor Kenderaan (STNK) di Kantor UPT SAMSAT Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Adapun rumusan masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimanakah kualitas pelayanan Surat Tanda Nomor Kenderaan (STNK) di kantor UPT. SAMSAT Sibuhuan kabupaten Padang Lawas?. Informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Informan Kunci, yaitu: Kepala UPT SAMSAT, Staff Dispenda, Staff Jasa raharja dan Informan Utama yaitu masyarakat yang menggunakan layanan di kantor UPT SAMSAT Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Hasil Penelitian dan Pembahasan didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pihak-pihak yang di wawancarai antara lain Kepala Unit Pelaksanan Teknis SAMSAT Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas, Staff Dispenda Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas dan Staff PT. Jasa Raharja dan beberapa informan utama sebagai pengguna layanan. Berdasarkan analisa hasil wawancara dan hasil observasi dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan STNK di Kantor UPT. SAMSAT Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas dapat di katakan baik. Hal ini dilihat dari jawaban hasil wawancara terhadap beberapa informan, mulai dari kepala kantor UPT. SAMSAT Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas, staf Dispenda Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas, staff Jasa Raharja dan beberapa masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan yang menyatakan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan STNK di Kantor SAMSAT Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas adalah BAIK |
