dc.description.abstract | Kecelakaan kerja merupakan kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam lingkungan yang tidak aman ataupun karena human error. Dengan adanya peristiwa kecelakaan yang terjadi maka akan mengurangi profit perusahaan. Untuk mengantisipasi agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja atau penyakit akibat kerja, pemerintah menghimbau setiap perusahaan harus menerapkan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui resiko-resiko jika tidak menerapkan dan memahami tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) saat bekerja di stasiun kerja. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard And Operability Study (HAZOP) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi resiko-resiko dalam area kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini diawali dengan menentukan penilaian resiko dengan tabel kriteria likelihood dan kriteria consequences, setelah menentukan nilai likelihood dan consequences kemudian dapat diperoleh penentuan peringkat resiko pada risk matrix. Setelah melakukan analisis data di 9 stasiun kerja kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 5 sumber bahaya yang tergolong resiko ekstrim, diantaranya: kontak dengan uap panas, gangguan pernapasan, terjepit belting, terkena semburan api, terkena semburan panas. Dan 35 sumber bahaya yang tergolong resiko tinggi diantaranya: tertusuk duri buah, tersentuh benda panas, terkena sisi benda yang tajam, terkena rantai, terkena semburan fiber yang panas, terjepit peralatan yang berputar, terkena minyak panas, debu, kontak dengan bahan kimia, terjatuh, tenggelam dan tersengat arus listrik. Work accidents are accidents that occur in an unsafe environment or due to human error. With the accident that occurs it will reduce the company's profit. To anticipate that work accidents or occupational diseases will not occur, the government urges every company to implement an occupational health and safety management system (SMK3). This study aims to determine the risks if you do not apply and understand about occupational safety and health (K3) when working at work stations. In this study using the hazard and operability study (HAZOP) method which aims to identify risks in the work area. This study begins by determining the risk assessment with the likelihood and consequences criteria table, after determining the likelihood and consequences values, then the risk rating can be obtained in the risk matrix. After analyzing the data at 9 work stations, the conclusions generated in this study are that there are 5 sources of danger that are classified as extreme risk, including: Contact with hot steam, respiratory disorders, pinched belting, exposed to bursts of fire, exposed to hot bursts. And 35 sources of danger that are classified as high risk include: Punctured by fruit thorns, touched by hot objects, exposed to sharp objects, exposed to chains, exposed to hot fiber bursts, pinched by rotating equipment, exposed to hot oil, dust, contact with chemicals, falling , drowning and electrocution. | en_US |
