Persepsi Remaja Tentang Program Acara "YKS" (Yuk Keep Smile) di Trans TV (Studi Deskriptif di Desa Pantai Cermin Kanan Dusun III Kecamatan Pantai Cermin, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai)

Abstract

This research is motivated by impressions YKS which caused controversy / protest / reprimand from the public to view the contents of the offending manners. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of young people in the Desa Pantai Cermin Kanan Dusun III Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai about the program YKS (Yuk Keep Smile) on Trans TV. The method used descriptive method. The study population were all adolescents aged 12 to 21 years amounted to 327 people, with a sample of 33 adolescents were minimized using the formula Arikunto. The results showed perceptions of young people in the Desa Pantai Cermin Kanan Dusun III Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai impressions YKS (Yuk Keep Smile) less educational for viewers to decreased demand due to broadcast time is too long, the joke is too rough, and "goyangan Oplosan" that is considered vulgar but YKS show is very entertaining and teenagers Desa Pantai Cermin Kanan liked the costumes used by the players. With the development of mass media , parents should participate restrict their children to watch television shows that less educated , but recommends watching a useful and appropriate to their age.
