| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan komitmen karyawan ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian PT mobil iklan indonesia m.ads. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kwantitatif dengan uji komparasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 karyawan. This study aims to determine differences in employee commitment in terms of the personality type of PT Mobil Iklan Indonesia m.ads. This type of research is quantitative with a comparative test. The subjects in this study were 98 employees. |
