Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dengan Kecemasan Yang Sedang Menyusun Skripsi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan negative antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian korelasional merupakan penelitian yang memiliki kegunaan untuk mencari hubungan antar dua variable.Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan negative antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan.Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini kurang lebih 240mahasiswa fakultas psikologi universitas medan area dengan teknikpurposive sampling.Namun setelah dilakukan peneltian dengan sistem tryout terpakai terhadap subjek maka terdapat sampel berjumlah 140 mahasiswa. Kecemasan dalam penelitian ini di ukur berdasarkan gejala menurut Nevid (2005) yaitu: Gejala Fisil, Gejala Behavioral dan Gejala Kognitif. Efikasi diri dalam penelitian ini di ukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek menurut Bendura yaitu; aspek tingkat (level), aspek kekuatan (strength) dan aspek generalisasi (generality). Metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang di peroleh Ada hubungan negative antara Efikasi diri dengan Kecemasan, dengan hasil, Dengan hasil rxy =-0,723 dengan signifikan p = 0.000< 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima.Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,523Ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri terhadap Kecemasan sebesar 52,3%. Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat di simpulkan bahwa kecemasan tergolong sedang dengan mean hipotetik 102,5 dan mean empirik sebesar 109,15.. Efikasi diri tergolong sedang dengan mean hipotetik 65 dan mean empirik sebesar 66,90. This study aims to determine and empirically test the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety. This indicates that self-efficacy against anxiety is 52.3%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that anxiety is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean102.5 and the empirical mean is 109.15.. Self-efficacy is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean65 and the empirical mean of 66.90.
