dc.description.abstractCV. Fawas Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan kue kering. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan dengan berbagai rasa yaitu : rasa kelapa, rasa kacang, rasa moka, dan rasa coklat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa waktu interval perawatan mesin dan jenis tindakan yang akan dilakukan. Mesin yang akan menjadi objek penelitian yaitu mesin Penggiling di CV. Fawas Jaya yang merupakan mesin penggiling pada bahan baku kue kering. Permasalahan yang timbul diperusahaan ini adalah seringnya terjadi kerusakan mesin sehingga dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya downtime mesin. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah total frekuensi kerusakan mesin Penggiling FFC 23 Type 8.5 HP 52% dengan waktu kerusakan 16,58 jam. Sehingga dapat menimbulkan terjadinya downtime mesin dengan jumlah tertinggi 23% pada komponen. Jumlah ini signifikan mengurangi jumlah hasil produksi perusahaan karena menyebabkan mesin terhenti saat proses perbaikan. Interval perawatan berdasarkan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance untuk komponen yang memiliki kegagalan potensial adalah komponen Saringan dengan interval waktu kerusakan 174.78 jam dan mengalami breakdown sebanyak 4 kali dengan kerusakan tertinggi dalam 1 tahun. CV. Fawas Jaya is one of the companies in Indonesia which is engaged in the processing of pastries. The products are produced in various flavors, namely: flavors of coconut, peanut, mocha, and chocolate. The purpose of this research was to find out how long the machine maintenance interval was and the type of action that would be taken. The machine that would be the object of research was the grinding machine at CV. Fawas Jaya was a grinding machine for the raw material of pastries. The problem that arose in this company was the frequent occurrence of machine breakdowns that could result in machine downtime.The results of this study were the total frequency of damage to the FFC 23 Type 8.5 HP Grinder machine of 52% with a breakdown time of 16.58 hours. So that it could cause the occurrence of machine downtime with the highest value of 23% on components. This amount significantly reduced the company's production volume because it caused the machine to stop during the repair process. The maintenance interval based on the Reliability Centered Maintenance method for components that had potential failures was the Sieve component with a breakdown time interval of 174.78 hours and breakdown 4 times with the highest damage in 1 year.en_US
