Abstract: | PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan asing di indonesia yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan pakan ternak. Adapun produk yang dihasilkannya adalah pakan ternak ayam, pakan ternak bebek, pakan ternak babi, pakan ternak ikan dan pakan ternak sapi yang berbentuk konsentrat, mash (tepung), pellet (butiran), atau crumble (butiran halus). Komponen pengendalian kualitas dalam hal ini harus menyeimbangkan terhadap usaha perbaikan yang ada. Tujuan dari proses ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh produk yang sesuai dengan standart dan spesifikasi yang ada. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan proses dalam menghasilkan produk dengan menggunakan konsep pengendalian statistik yaitu proses kapabilitas dan untuk mengendalikan pemeriksaan produk akhir dan mengetahui tindakan yang dapat diambil dalam menerima atau menolak lot dari petunjuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pemeriksaan produk. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah batas kontrol dengan menggunakan peta control variabel didapat batas kendali untuk masig – masing karakteristik cacat produk yaitu 2816,43 - 13990,89 dengan garis tengah 5587,23 dan perhitungan nilai prosess capability untuk karakteristik, untuk cacat prduk Cp = 0,5961. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik memiliki kemampuan yang rendah dalam berproduksi karena Cp kurang dar i 1. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan prosesnya masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya kordinasi kerja antara supervaisor dengan operator akibatnya standart dan aturan dalam proses produksi tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik yang akibatnya menyimpang karakteristik mutu. PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia is one of the foreign companies in Indonesia which is engaged in the processing of animal feed. The products it produces are chicken, duck, pig, fish, and cattle feed in the form of concentrate, mash, pellet, or crumble. The quality control component, in this case, might balance the existing improvement efforts. The purpose of this process was to obtain products following the existing standards and specifications. The purpose of this research was to determine the ability of the process in producing products using the concept of statistical control, namely process capability, to control the inspection of the final product, and to determine the actions that could be taken in accepting or rejecting lots from the instructions for implementing product inspection activities. The results of this study were the control limits using the variable control map, it was obtained the control limits for each product defect characteristic were 2816.43 - 13990.89 with a diameter of 5587.23, and the calculation of the processing capability value for characteristics, for product defects Cp = 0.5961. It could be concluded that the characteristics had a low ability to produce because the Cp was less than 1 that meant the process capability was still low. This was due to the lack of work coordination between the supervisor and the operator; as a result, standards and regulations in the production process were not implemented properly which consequently deviated quality characteristics. |
